When you enroll in classes at Drew or are hired to work here, you provide the University with some basic information that identifies you. Of course, details like phone numbers, mailing addresses, or even emails do not necessarily remain static for your entire life! As long as you can log in to your Drew account, you can visit the Students or Employees tab on TreeHouse to view and update the information in your file.

 

Look for the Personal Information box and follow the link to the information you wish to review or update. 

Choose the "Update Addresses and Phones" link to view the current addresses the University has on file for you. Note that which addresses you can change or add depends on the permissions in place. 

  1. To change a current address, click the "Current" link to the left of that address.
  2. To add an address, click the appropriate address type from the drop-down list and click Submit.
  3. Fill out the required fields (including the "Valid From This Date" field if adding an address) and click Submit.

Choose the “Update E-mail Addresses” link to ensure the University has your current email address (useful in case you cannot log in to your Drew account and need to request a password reset when you are not on campus!). 

  1. To add a new email address, change the drop down to "Personal" and click Submit.
    1. Enter the new email address, a comment if desired, and click Submit.
  2. To make changes to an existing account (for instance, if you need to remove an account you no longer use), click the link for that email address, enter a comment, and click Submit.
