Drew alumni/ae are welcome to borrow books for use outside the library at no charge in addition to using our databases and other resources on-site. If you wish to borrow books:
Note: While campus access is limited due to Covid-19, please contact library@drew.edu to request an alumni account. We will create an account for you with a placeholder barcode. When alumni cards are once again issued, please stop by the library so we can properly update your account.
To borrow from the Library, alums must obtain an alumni card from Alumni Relations. To begin that process, alums should enter the required information in the Google form HERE.
- Once alumni/ae receive their alumni card, they may bring it to the Library's Circulation Desk and complete a registration form for borrowing privileges. After registering
- Obtain an alumni card from Alumni and Parent Communities (located on the second floor of Sycamore Cottage. Sycamore is catty-corner from the library entrance on the way to Brothers College.)
- Bring the alumni/ae card to the Circulation Desk in the library and complete a registration form
- After you are registered, a barcode will be affixed to your the alumni card so it serves as your library card
- Borrowing privileges are granted for one year and are renewable if your account is free of fines, overdue books, or other issues

- the user's library card. Alums may have their account in perpetuity, unless their account status changes and is not in good standing. If that occurs, the account is blocked until cleared.
